30-Day Return and Exchange


Return and Exchange Period

All orders not related to quality issues can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Items older than 30 days are not eligible for return or exchange services, so please submit your request within this period.


Return Requirements

The product must be in its original condition and unused, including but not limited to unused, unopened, unwashed, or unworn.

The product must include all accessories, including gifts, packaging, instructions, and seals.

The product must be well-packed, free of damage or obvious stains, ensuring it is suitable for resale.

If the product contains fragile or delicate components, please ensure that the packaging is reinforced when returning it to prevent further damage during transportation.


Operational Procedures

Please contact customer service via email to submit a return request.

Include the order number, reason for return, and product photos, ensuring they clearly show the product's condition or any issues.

After customer service approves your request, we'll provide a return address and detailed return instructions, including courier options and packaging requirements.

Send the product back according to the instructions, and retain the tracking number and courier receipt for future inquiries or claims.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 10 business days.


Do not return the product directly to the original packaging. We recommend adding bubble wrap or foam to protect the product.

Incomplete packaging or accessories may affect the return review process and extend the processing time.



Returns and Exchanges for Quality Issues


Products with manufacturing defects, material defects, or malfunctions, such as leaks, poor seals, breakage, deformation, or other quality issues that affect normal use, may be replaced free of charge or with a full refund. If the same product is out of stock, we will offer a replacement product of equal value or a direct refund.


Operational Procedures

Contact customer service with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or videos, detailing the time and circumstances of the specific quality issue.

After customer service confirms the issue, they will provide a return address and instructions.

The customer returns the product and ensures that the packaging is intact to prevent shipping damage.

Upon receipt, we will conduct a rigorous quality inspection. If the quality issue is confirmed, we will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund.


Please inspect the product carefully upon receipt. If you find any quality issues, please contact customer service immediately to avoid missing the return period.

For thermos, please reinforce the packaging upon return and take photos for record.



Damage or Shipping Issues


If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt and provide your order information and relevant photos.

We will provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution to ensure you do not incur any losses.

We recommend that you inspect the packaging and appearance of the product upon receipt. If you find any obvious damage, you can ask the courier to make a note on the spot or refuse delivery.


To protect your rights, please use a tracked courier and keep the tracking number and delivery receipt securely.

For international shipments, additional customs clearance or claim documents may be required. Please follow customer service's instructions.



Circumstances in which returns are not possible or are restricted


Exceeding the return period (more than 30 days and not due to quality issues);

The product has been visibly used, disassembled, intentionally damaged, severely worn, or has indelible stains, rendering it unusable for resale;

Non-removable warranty or anti-counterfeiting labels have been damaged or removed;

Exterior scratches, impacts, or other damage caused by personal reasons (not due to manufacturing quality issues);

Customized or personalized products are non-returnable once produced;

Damage caused by improper handling, such as improper cleaning methods or the use of unsuitable liquids.



Refund Information


Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Refunds generally take 10 business days to process, but the exact time it takes to arrive depends on the bank or payment platform.

If you experience delays in your payment, please contact customer service and we will assist you.

During special holidays or bank system maintenance, there may be slight delays in the arrival of your payment. Please be patient.



Return and Exchange Packaging and Shipping Notes


Use sturdy outer boxes and fill them with sufficient cushioning material (such as bubble wrap or foam) to protect the product.

For fragile items, glass, or delicate parts, please mark the packaging as "fragile" and reinforce it.

We recommend using a trackable courier service and retain the tracking number and delivery receipt.

Keeping returned items clean and intact will expedite the refund or exchange process.

Secondary damage or incomplete packaging may affect the refund or exchange review process.
