Use & Care
Proper cleaning and care not only preserve the beauty and hygiene of your cup, but also extend its lifespan. Below are tips on daily cleaning, material care, usage precautions, and storage to help you best care for each cup.
Daily Cleaning
Cleaning Frequency
It is recommended to wash your cup daily, especially if it has held tea, coffee, or juice.
Rinse cups that have not been used for a long time with warm water before reuse to ensure they are clean and odor-free.
Cleaning Instructions
Handwash: Use warm water, mild neutral detergent, and a soft-bristled brush or sponge to clean the inside of the cup, lid, and spout.
Dishwasher-Safe: Some models are dishwasher-safe. Place them on the top rack or securely secure them to prevent deformation or damage from high temperatures or strong impacts.
Avoid: Steel wool, strong acidic/alkaline detergents, or bleach, as these can scratch the cup's walls or corrode the material, shortening its lifespan.
Caring for Special Materials
Stainless Steel
To remove tea or coffee stains or odors, gently scrub with baking soda or diluted white vinegar. Avoid prolonged immersion in salt water or highly acidic liquids to prevent corrosion and discoloration.
Plastic Material
Do not boil or microwave to prevent deformation.
Avoid scratching with sharp objects to maintain transparency and gloss.
Silicone Seal and Accessories
We recommend disassembling and cleaning them separately regularly and keeping them dry to prevent mold and mildew.
If there is an odor, soak the bottle in warm water with a small amount of baking soda for 10–15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Usage Precautions
It is not recommended to store carbonated beverages, alcohol, or highly concentrated juices for extended periods of time to prevent pressure buildup on the inner wall and residual odor.
When pouring hot liquids, test the temperature first to avoid burns or damage to the seal.
Avoid violent impacts or drops to prevent deformation, cracking, or damage.
Storage Recommendations
Clean and allow the bottle to dry thoroughly before storing with the lid closed to prevent bacterial growth and odor.
When not in use for extended periods, it is recommended to remove or loosen the lid to allow the bottle to breathe, which will help extend the life of the seal. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or high temperatures to prevent aging and discoloration.
Deodorizing Tips
White vinegar cleaning: Add a small amount of white vinegar to warm water, shake or soak for 10–15 minutes, then rinse with clean water.
Baking soda cleaning: Add baking soda to warm water, shake well, let sit for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Lemon deodorizing: Soak lemon slices in warm water for 15–30 minutes to remove odors and provide a fresh aroma.
Long-term care recommendations
Regularly inspect seals and other removable parts. Replace any signs of wear or damage.
For insulated/cold bottles, it is recommended to clean the inner container regularly to prevent scale and sediment buildup.
Avoid storing tea or coffee for extended periods to prevent pigmentation and persistent odors.
